IMASA informs you that access to and use of our Website is subject to these terms of use, we recommend that you read them carefully in so far as the fact of accessing this site and using these pages signifies explicit acceptance.

Obligation to make proper use of the service:

The user agrees to use the Website in accordance with the laws in force and this disclaimer.

Purpose of the Web:

All materials contained on the IMASA Web are necessary and inevitably, of a general nature, and are provided purely for information, but in no case should such content be interpreted as part of a commercial offer, a license or a relationship or advice or other between the Website user and that Company.

In accordance with current legislation governing the protection of personal data and information society services, IMASA informs you that the information given by you will be included in a file under the responsibility of IMASA in order to be able to provide good access and browsing service on the Web, as well as providing promotional and marketing information, either electronically or any other means.

You may at any time, exercise your rights of access, cancellation, rectification or opposition by writing to the address, and / or Fax contained in the header.

The user informed pursuant to Article 27 of Law 15/1999, of December 13 (LOPD), expressly agrees that all data can be given over to other entities, civil or commercial, for the purposes referred to, with whom IMASA can conclude agreements for the above-mentioned purposes. This User's acceptance for their data to be processed and / or transferred in the manner set forth in this paragraph is revocable, without retroactive effect.

Likewise, the user for the purposes laid down in Articles 33 and 34 of the Data Protection Act, provide their express consent that their data can be transferred to third countries, even if they do not provide a level of protection comparable to that provided by the Act.

Intellectual Property:

All information contained on this website, including any type of content, texts, data, images, graphic design or codes, in any language which they can be found, is Intellectual Property which belongs to IMASA or a third party from whom the appropriate authorisation has been obtained.  It therefore corresponds to that Company the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights of that Industrial Property in any way envisaged by law and especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.   

It is therefore expressly forbidden for users to copy, reproduce, use or commercialise, modify, process, transmit or distribute, not even partially, the content of the Web, without the prior written authorisation by IMASA.

Any violation of these restrictions and prohibitions shall be considered in any case as an infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights owned by IMASA, and may lead to the enforceability of the legal responsibility.

All contents of the IMASA website are provided without any warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Therefore,  IMASA does not guarantee that the website is free of inaccuracies, errors, omissions or failure to update, but will develop its best efforts to prevent them, and correct them and update content. In any case, IMASA reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, changes and updates to the information contained in the Web, or in the presentation and setting of the same.

Access to the Web and the use the user may make of the information contained therein is the sole responsibility of those users. IMASA will not be liable in any case for the damage that may be incurred by the user, including, among others losses or negative results, business interruption and / or data loss as a result or related to the use and / or inability to use this Web site or any site linked to it, and / or access to or use of the information contained herein.
